Let's Make Sausage!

Do you love sausage? Maybe some mild Italian or a little spicy variety, throw 'em on the grill on a nice fall evening with some peppers and onions ..... Yeah!

I'll show you how to grind your own meat, season it, and then we'll fill the casings, and there-you-have-it! L*I*N*K*S ! There is nothing better than being able to make your own sausage, fresh and tasty, then pack up some in those zip-lock bags or your vacuum-seals for the freezer. Anything goes, duck, venison, beef, chicken, lamb - the list goes on.

For this event, I will have pork that we will make into:

  1. Italian Fennel Sausage
  2. Russian Fruit Sausage

We will cook some up and afterwards, and everyone can take a couple of each home!

Bring your own beverage of choice, wine or beer to share - it's always appreciated! I will have a light snack, water, tea & ice on hand.
