I'm a chef & foodist, adventurous and enthusiastic culinary instructor, home canner, organic gardener, master naturalist, sausage maker, avid hunter/fisher & forager, tradition vs. "trendy", friendly, loves to mingle, share and explore culture & cuisines, peoples and places. We all have something to learn from each other, to share, to explore and to discover, isn't it so much more fun to do it with others who enjoy indulging in the same passions in life?
It is for anyone, from all cultures, backgrounds, experience and abilities. We all have something unique to offer and bring to the "table" to share with one another - no pretense, casual, relaxed and fun, Basically getting our Foodist Goove On! - welcome all food fans!
