Urban Allstars provides challenge-based workouts in Barcelona and Sant Cugat del Vallès.
We have designed a unique, safe and effective workout system that allows you to exercise 6 days a week (Sunday recovery). By changing the workout routines every single day, we are able to emphasize training the different parts of the body, to change movement patterns on a daily basis, to use different rep and time ranges and challenge the different human energy systems, all in one week.
Our workout system has been created with the sole purpose of improving your all your fitness markers while we keep your body "guessing" at the same time.
Who is Urban Allstars for?
Urban Allstars has been created for those who want to improve their overall physical fitness levels fast, as well as regularly challenge themselves both mentally and physically by means of frequent high intensity & high density training.
No matter what level of fitness you currently have, under the supervision of our trainers anyone can improve and progress, whether you are a beginner to exercise or a trained athlete.

Urban Allstars is about keeping things simple. If it is your first time with us, simply send us a whatsapp or textmessage saying you will be joining the class, and please indicate your fitness level too.
You can also message us through Facebook doing the same. We will always reply to your message, telling you what to bring (water, towel) and to inform you in case you have any other questions or doubts.
Every Sunday night we post our weekly class schedule on Facebook providing our customers with the details of each particular class i.e.:
Monday: legs, glutes, CORE Tuesday: HIIT upper body workout Wednesday: Urbanathlon Obstacle Run Etc.
Wednesday class involves running, so please don't bring bags or other heavy stuff.
