Indoors- Pipeworks, Mission Cliffs, Great Western. Outdoors- Yosemite, Lovers Leap, Donner, Tahoe, Auburn Quarry, Castle Rock
I first got my climb on in 2005, but had shoulder surgery earlier this year (2015) and just started climbing again a few months ago. Outdoors I currently lead up to 5.9 sport, and up to 5.7 trad, but can follow and clean gear in the 5.10s. Indoors I lead in the 5.10s and top rope up to 5.11s. Best places I have climbed were in Yosemite (CA), GUNKS (NY), and Mokuleia (HI).
Safe climbing means always being focussed and aware of the situation whether you are climber or belayer. Communication is important, and making sure you have all safety equipment before getting on the rock. Never climb past your level on lead, esp if no one else you are with can climb that level. Be humble on the rock because your cockiness can get you hurt.
Hi! I love to climb sport or trad. Always looking for people to swap leads with outside. I lead sport up to 5.9 outdoors, trad up to 5.7/5.8, follow up to 5.10. I have full gear. Message me if you are interested in swapping leads on pitches outside!
