Hello Game-lovers,

A little twist to our regular Sunday afternoon meetings, we are inviting you to a night of mystery at Mamma's Kitchen, where you will be investigating the death of Marco Poloneck, whose body was found in Mamma's Kitchen with a single bullet-wound in his temple.

You will be one of the below characters, who are also suspects of the crime. The night will unfold over a three course dinner, where you'll also take rounds to reveal facts, challenge your fellow suspects, and eventually solve the murder. The ultimate goal is, though, for you to enjoy yourselves and have lots of fun!

Mamma Cornetto - owner of Mamma's Kitchen
Fabio Cornetto - the slightly shady son of Mamma
Talcy Malcy - a show business manager
Clint Westworld - formerly a minor Hollywood actor, now owner of a cafe bar
Vivienne Westworld - Clint's younger sister, a fashion designer
Christine Cooler - a model and actress
John Proforma - a business man and politician
Bonnie Shott- a jazz musician and nighclub owner

The game takes about 2.5 to 3 hours to play. Enthusiasm and improvisation will definitely bring up the spirit of the evening.

Once we have enough participants, we'll assign each a character. You will also receive a more detailed invitation, which contains more information on the characters and costume suggestions (dressing up as your character is highly recommended but not required).

*************************************************

Practicals --

It is important to let us know you can't make to the party a few days in advance once you have confirmed a character. This will allow the game to happen and give people on the waiting list a chance to join.

The participants will share the cost of food for the evening. Benedikte and I will prepare the food. We'll do our best to keep the food delicious and the expense low. A rough estimate, it shouldn't be above 50 DKK for each person. It might change depending on how many participants we finally have, and we'll keep you posted on this.

You are welcome to bring your own choice of drink.

*************************************************

If you have been to a murder mystery party before, you probably already know it's a lot of fun; if you haven't been to one, there is only one way to find out :)

Looking forward to seeing you!

Thanks to everyone that last night was lots of fun! The game just went on seamlessly and everyone was so into their roles. We were all dressed in style and did some great acting. There were lots of memorable accents, gestures and heated discussions :) The murder was a bit sly but we were very very close to find her out!
If you were on the waiting list or couldn't make it this time because of other plans. I can pass the game set to someone and have the game again

This looks like so much fun. I went to a murder mystery weekend once and had a blast. Unfortunately, I am already committed to another event on this day. Have a great time!

As you can see from the roles mentioned above there are 4 women and 4 men to solve the murder.. It would be nice then to keep the balance..unless ofcourse you wouldnt mind playing the role of the opposite sex..(sounds fun as well!)

Wow, this sounds truly awesome. I've promised to attend a birthday party at 8pm though, so I probably won't be able to make it :/. I hope something like this will be hosted again!

Thanks! I've been to one before and really liked it. That's why I am thinking about hosting one for our group. We can always pass the game set to people who can't make it this time and do it again!
