I hope you're all well, living healthy, active, and joyful! :)
I want to offer something very special to a few (just 5 max) dedicated members of the group. We're going to perform some detailed Nutrition and Fitness Analysis, devise customized workout programs, track calorie intake, and measure our progress over time, in our case ... 8 weeks.
We'll measure and track the following:
- Weight Goals
- Body Fat%
- Total Body Water%
- Bone Mass
- Circumference Measurements
A few suggested requirements:
1.) You'll need to have an iPhone (I'll explain more later)
2.) Your goal is to lose fat and/or gain muscle
3.) You have serious dedication to accomplish this goal, commit to make the meetings, do the workouts, and eat properly
4.) You have a great attitude!
5.) You participate or plan to participate in a bootcamp :)
We will take starting measurements at the first meeting, optionally take "before" photos, then I will discuss workout and nutrition suggestions with each of you to implement the 8-week plan. Then, we re-measure 8 weeks later, optionally take "after" photos, and see exactly what our results are.
What's the cost? Just like bootcamp, completely donation based. At the end of 8-weeks, just donate whatever you think it was worth and we'll use the proceeds for the next group or to improve the bootcamp experience.
