I wanted to offer a few dedicated members a special opportunity to get Nutrition Coaching. We will go over the concepts in the "Fat Loss" Guide I'm putting together, so that means we'll do some detailed analysis of your lifestyle, diet, habits, workouts, etc. and try to make positive change toward fat loss. We will also use assessment forms from Precision Nutrition, one of the world's leading organizations for Nutrition Coaching and Certifications.
We will meet in person once every 2 months and we'll communicate via text, phone, and email weekly. I will limit this to 3 dedicated members.
In short, we'll do the following:

3.) Initial Measurements and Baseline
4.) Habit Tracking
5.) Followup Measurements and Adjustments
The goal after the 6-month program is for each of the participants to learn how their body responds to change in habit, exercise, and nutrition. Also, to learn about nutrition fundamentals and how it can effect your overall health, body composition, etc.
Only RSVP if you are seriously interested and dedicated. If you really like the results, it's donation-based at the end, as always.
