Wednesday!! Get Hung Up Sorting Clothes at St. Anthony Foundation

Help at St. Anthony's Free Clothing Program. You will be volunteering to help in sorting, processing, and organizing donated clothing (both used and new) for distribution in our Free Clothing Program. Our Free Clothing Program serves men, women, and families. In 2013, almost 11,000 unique individuals received clothing services. With such a large scale of impact, volunteer help is truly appreciated to ensure we can distribute high quality clothing to our guests.

Volunteers should wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Water and restrooms are available. There is limited space to store valuables, we recommend that you bring only what you will need for the day.

St. Anthony’s is a civic anchor in San Francisco, providing stability to low-income residents of the city and inspiring hope through hot meals, warm clothes, medical care, personal guidance, job search assistance, and poverty education.

St. Anthony's is excited to have you volunteer and help move its mission forward."

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
