Help serve food at Sanctuary Shelter 6-8pm

Sanctuary Shelter is one of the emergency shelters run by Episcopal Community Services (ECS). This shelter is a bit smaller than Next Door Shelter but does just as much good! In addition to serving two meals a day to their clients, Sanctuary Shelter offers various in house activities including gardening and art groups. They have an awesome community garden located in the parking lot right out side the kitchen.

We will be serving one dinner shift that starts at 6:30pm. We will also help with set up and clean up. Please wear close toed shoes and PLEASE arrive at 6pm. We get the ball rolling fairly quickly and it helps if we are all there at the same time.

Thank you everyone for your continued support in supplying ECS with much needed helping hands!

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
