An outdoor bootcamp where people can come together and support each other as they try to achieve their personal fitness goals. The name of the bootcamp is Get in Shape Bootcamp and the web address is www.getinshapebootcamp.com.

Come check us out on Saturday mornings at 8 AM! Classes are free every single saturday, come as many times as you want!

We meet at Wills Park in Alpharetta, Georgia on Wills Road in the tag office parking lot, the lot between the basketball courts and equestrian lot. Look for trainer in a camo shirt with yellow letters!

Want to attend?

We will have a bootcamp class! It will last approximately one hour. We do weight training, running, pushups, jumping jacks and a plethora of other things. It is led by a certified personal trainer and bootcamp instructor.

You are guaranteed to get a good workout, there is no obligation and remember - this is free personal training and you can come as many Saturdays as you want!

All fitness levels welcome!!
