Benefit Workout to Support Girl Develop It

No, that isn't a typo, we are holding a fun, energy-filled workout event that involves zero coding and supports Girl Develop It!

Durbrow Performance Training, in Somerville, holds monthly charity workout events to support local non-profits. Durbrow has been selected Girl Develop It as the charity it will be supporting in June and we wanted to extend the invitation to all of you!

The event will happen on Saturday, June 21st from 8:00 to 9:00am and requires a minimum donation of $10 to workout. 100% of the proceeds will go to support the Girl Develop It scholarship fund, which makes GDI classes accessible to anyone who wants to attend.

Please bring cash with you to the event. Durbrow will have an envelope for you to put your donation in upon arrival.

The workout will be a fun, high intensity, circuit workout for any age or athletic experience. There will be Durbrow trainers available to assist you if needed and answer any questions you have about Durbrow. Even if you don't want to work out, you can still come and support GDI!

The gym is located in an old warehouse on Tufts street in Somerville. There is a small parking lot next to the gym, but this tends to fill up quickly. At opposite end of the warehouse there is additional parking. The large lot across from the gym is privately managed and we usually cannot park there. As we get closer to the event, we will provide an update on if that lot is being opened to us however.

The workout will start right at 8am. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to stretch and warm up.

This event is open to all so feel free to bring your friends and family as well. The more the merrier! If you plan to bring guests however, please adjust your RSVP to reflect it so we can give Durbrow an accurate count.

We hope you can join us for this fun event!

I'm super out of shape and definitely struggled, but it was for a good cause and in retrospect I was happy I did it!

Hi all! So excited you are going to join us for the benefit workout on Saturday. Durbrow is keeping track of attendees via the public Facebook event below. If you wouldn't mind adding yourself to the event on Facebook to help them plan the workout it would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to invite friends, family, neighbors, etc., as well!

Is there any way to donate even if you cannot attend the event?

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
