We're a scholarly mobile app company looking for a project manager
Location: Philadelphia-Upper Darby, Telecommute
We are looking for experienced, detailed oriented, reliable project managers with great communication skills to act as project liaisons between our scholarly publishing clients and our design and technical teams via email/phone/Skype. Primarily iOS App projects, but also Android, mobile web, and CMS (Drupal, WordPress, Java-MarkLogic) projects. We have four mobile app platforms for journal apps, question and answer/CME, document management, and events/meetings as well as a number of unique mobile projects. Ideal candidates will have at least good working knowledge of mobile apps (iOS and Android) with eye for quality control, comfortable with web-based tools (Dropbox, Basecamp, etc), scholarly (Science, Tech, Medical) background, and be based in the Philadelphia-area, although after initial orientation, work can be done telecommute with occasional in-person meetings as needed. Depending on skills and experience, other duties may include updates to our WordPress site, social media, demo video script writing, creating marketing collateral.
*We also have need for an intern/office help for filing, organizing, and quality assurance app testing in-office and remotely.
