Job Description:

The Technical Product Support Specialist who will work with our Delivery Team to provide outstanding support to our customers. You will assist our rapidly growing customer base by providing high-quality support, insight and direction. A strong web-related technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience communicating with clientele are essential.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to clients
Resolve trouble tickets that were submitted by clients
Answer questions from customers and prospective customers about the features and capabilities of our system
Assist in the development of customer-facing documentation for our website on an as-needed basis
Communicate customer needs and wishes to our development and engineering staff

Qualifications:

2-3 years previous experience in a technical support role
Thorough knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience building standards compliant, cross browser HTML content by hand
Familiarity with Firebug or Chrome developer tools
Experience using Macintosh and Windows operating systems
Experience using a help desk or issue resolution system
Ability to describe technical issues in laymen's terms
Complete understanding of the features and functions of all major web browsers on all major operating systems, including many plugins and add-ons.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them solve it
Excellent writing skills (much of your work will be written in the form of email, documentation, etc.)
Excellent telephone mannerisms as some support will be provided over the phone
