Intermediate HTML & CSS

Ready to expand your knowledge of HTML & CSS? This class is for you!

Through the course of this four-part class, you'll get a thorough introduction to HTML5 and CSS3 to build on your previous knowledge. You'll get hands-on experience working with HTML5 features like semantic elements and forms, and you'll learn new CSS3 properties and abilities including transformations, transitions, and animation. Finally, we'll dig into responsive design and browser compatibility.

You'll leave with readily-applicable skills and we'll be there to answer any questions you may have along the way!

**It is highly recommended that you take our introductory course or have previous experience with HTML and CSS prior to taking this class. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS are assumed.

Please note that this is a four part class. Session dates are:

Class 1: Tuesday, April 2, 6:30-8:30 PM

Class 2: Wednesday, April 10, 6:30-8:30 PM

Class 3: Wednesday, April 17, 6:30-8:30 PM

    Hi all,

For class 4, I've made more changes than usual to the slides -- if you want to follow along on your own laptop, you can do so at http://sabreuse.com/gdi/class4.... . The code sample files haven't changed.

I may be a few minutes late for these sessions because I will be coming from Greensboro. Really looking forward to the transitions and responsive design.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
