The IMAGINE event is designed to pique 7th–12th grade girls’ interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) careers while inspiring them through the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.
In partnership with Girls in Tech-Los Angeles, GSGLA presents IMAGINE Your STEM Future—a fantastic destination of science fun and exploration for high school Girl Scouts! Participants will explore STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) careers and get to experiment alongside aspiring female scientists and engineers, including members of Girls in Tech – Los Angeles.
Volunteers will have the opportunity to participate in one of four modules: Imagine yourself …. On the cutting edge (computer science), Saving the Planet (Environmental Science), In a Lab (Chemistry/Health Sciences), and As an Engineer (engineering).
