Well, for anyone who hasn't tried this yet, here's your next shot! This is a intro to pole dancing class; it's a lot of fun and definitely a good workout - I keep discovering new muscles I didn't know about. Absolutely no experience required (although any amount of upper body strength is helpful) - the instructor walks you through different moves. Classes are $18 for one session, or you can buy a four-session pass for $65, or five-punch pass for $70 (you can use this one for other classes too), you have to sign up and pay on the studio's website.
