Places to buy Montana foods

I want to put together/buy some montana meat gift baskets for people back home. I ideally want elk or bison products. Does anyone know of any stores in bozeman that sell that kind of stuff? Or even just "montana themed" food items like huckleberry stuff?

You can usually find the huckleberry stuff at gift shops-- Montana Gift Corral is always a good bet. There is also a winter Farmers Market on Saturdays at the Emerson, there are often people with something along those lines there. The Coop is another good bet. If you want Montana things (not food, unless you want Bequet caramels, which are made here and DELICIOUS) try tart.-- a cute little shop in the Emerson that carries a wide assortment of things made by Montana artists (jewelry, ceramics dishes/art, prints of artwork, clothing... etc). Hopefully that helps at least a little bit!
