Glasgow Hash House Harriers is a social jogging group, where running is considered optional! You do not need to be fit to do a trail with Glasgow. We have members of all ages, shapes and sizes. There is a very wide mix in the running ability of our members, so you should always find someone to crawl, stroll, walk, jog, or (even) run along with.

We meet every Monday Night throughout the year at 7.30 pm from various pubs, parks or places within a 20 mile radius or so of the city centre.

Trails are usually between 3-5 miles long and a good trail sees everyone completing the run in about the same length of time, normally within one hour (Check the “How to Set a Good Hash Trail” page

And remember, an evening is not complete without a couple of beers! New members, guests or visitors are always very welcome.
