On a scale of 1-10, how comfortable are you when it comes to speaking in public (1 = I'd rather die, 10 = it's a breeze)?

7-9.9 -- depending on the task and the audience

What one or two areas of your communication and public speaking skills would you most like to improve?

Taking my confidence to the next level and making sure I get better and better each time...

I have enjoyed lots of debating in the past few years, ultimate achievement was when I captained Scotland's winning team in the JCI European Debating Championship 2005. I like to coach others in this essential skill - and have yet more laughter!

Sharpen up on 'thinking on your feet' - it's also good fun and a great way to meet new people!
