The Gong meditation will begin with breathing, stretching, and movement to awaken the nervous system and bring about awareness and an openness to receive. You will then lay down on a yoga mat or blanket in resting pose (Shivasana), as you experience the vibro-acoustic sounds and vibrations of the hanging and resting gongs. Gong meditations are very healing and restorative, placing you in a deeply relaxed state where healing and transformation becomes possible.
Bring mats, blanket and pillow to lay on floor. Chairs are available if necessary.
