I did a 60-miler around Pinnacle Peak today so I'll catch you guys another time hopefully. Have a good one.

  • Raymond

@Al: I'm bringing a couple of folks at work to this same route a day before & may be meeting up with Ellen & Sheryl on the way. I'll report back to you on Saturday night if there is any closure or construction we might need to watch out! ;)

They still haven't fixed up Lafayette yet. It has been several months already. I went with a group down that section of Camelback Rd, didn't like it a bit. The second time I went like you described north on Arcadia, then west on Exeter Blvd (neighborhood street), south on 46th then west on Lafayette onto 44th street north again to avoid the Camelback construction. Let me try that on Saturday and let you guys know if that works. Hopefully that might be safer too.

      March 27, 2013

    • Raymond

@Al, the last 50 yards of Lafayette is completely closed. I wiggled myself thru the dirt and got thru, but with these many folks in a group it's probably not a good idea. We should stick with your suggestion Al onto Camelback then. See you all tomorrow ! ;)

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
