A little too damp and slick for my liking. I am sure the weather , and the conditions will be optimal later. Hope to see you all next week. Thank you

The forecast has rain til 3am-ish , as a precaution, due to the wet, and slick conditions, this is no longer a Gilbert shop ride. However, if any of you happen to be around the Gilbert shop, and the weather looks favorable, I may be up for a spin.

Is this due to the possible scattered showers that might happen Sunday?

If there is any chance of rain during our ride, or the roads are still wet from early morning showers, the Global ride will be canceled, and become the Jesse Lee ride to recovery. :)

Ride 2 Recovery has been changed to Sunday so I won't be able to be with the Gilbert shop. You'll have to find someone else to ride sweep.

I haven't ridden since IM. I'm counting in this really being a beginner to intermediate ride! I'm not up for 17 to 19 mph.

For the most part , we will be hanging around the 15-16 mph pace, the 17 mph pace is with a tail wind, and optimal conditions. You should fair well on this ride.
