An important message about our RSVP policy for Global Community Dinner Nights - PLEASE READ

Dear Fellow World Travelers and Friends,

Recently we have hosted several events where there was a discrepancy between the number of people who RSVP'd and the number who actually showed up. Please make your RSVP mean something since a lot of time and heart goes into the planning of our events.

If you RSVP for our meetup events and you don't show up without changing your RSVP to "not coming" beforehand, we reserve the right to offer your future reservations to someone else.

Please make a habit of changing your reservation on the meetup site to "not coming" if you cannot make it and please plan to do so at least one day beforehand or a minimum of two hours in advance of the meeting. If a last minute change occurs in your plans, please still change your RSVP on the site if at all possible. This way we can make whatever last minute adjustments are needed - and at least we'll know not to expect you. If you simply don't show up and we've counted on you to be there, this will distract the organizer's attention from the rest of the group - i.e., we'll be putting energy into finding you because we may assume that you can't find the location of the meetup... or we may be saving a seat for you... or we may be waiting for the extra food you said you would bring!

We love when you come to our events and when you can't, no problem..... just PLEASE let us know!

Best regards,

Jay & Robin
