I've worked in the civil service, for the John Lewis Partnership and until a year or two ago for the New Economics Foundation, where I ran a programme on democracy and participation, and where I am now a fellow.
Meetings on the issues of the day
I do a lot of facilitating and meeting design and would be happy to help out with either. I can also chair meetings, although that's not my preferred style.
My flat is too small, unless the topic is extremely unpopular!
Perhaps there can be some link between the Network and openupuk
I spend most of my time helping people discuss complex political issues, develop their opinion, and have their say on them. See www.openupuk.org for my latest project, with an initial discussion on whether Britain should have a written constitution.
