Invitation wo our meeting on Working with Difference....

Francis S.
Group Organizer
London, GB
Following our successful and well attended meeting on “race and community” in the House of Commons many suggested that there was a need to follow this subject up in a variety of ways. This is the first initiative where Michael Lassman has agreed to run an introductory workshop with us on “Working with Difference.” It is on Thursday July 7th at 6.30 to 8.30pm and we invite you to join us there.

You can find out more and register here ….

This is a personal or organisational journey beyond diversity. It is an exploration into how our individuality and differences impact on our behaviour. By getting more in touch with our own micro-diversity, we become more understanding and tolerant of differences in others.

Michael Lassman has in excess of 25 years experience in developing equality and diversity best practices for client organisations in the public, private and third sectors.

He has developed an original and creative approach to diversity and equality training, mentoring and coaching. Using his signature project of "Working with Difference", Michael enables people to explore their own diversity to understand more about their inner prejudices and how they respond to differences in others.

The model has become a major factor for people and organisations in the development of personal, family, workplace and local communities, making this workshop a natural follow-up to the meeting on “race and community”.

Best wishes,
