Do you know where to buy gluten-free products in the San Francisco Bay Area?

Berkeley Bowl, Berkeley Diablo Foods, Lafayette Draeger’s, Danville Mariposa Baking Company, Oakland ( Miglet’s Groceries & Cupcake Shop, Danville ( Open Sesame, Lafayette Trader Joe’s, Lafayette, Danville, Walnut Creek Whole Foods Market, Lafayette, Walnut Creek

Can you find a wide variety of gluten-free products where you shop?

Yes, for the most part. I would recommend starting with UDI’s brand breads, muffins and pizza crusts. These specialty food stores cater to many different diets, including gluten-free, and have very helpful staff that are a wealth of information: Mariposa Baking Company, Oakland ( Miglet’s Groceries & Cupcake Shop, Danville ( Open Sesame, Lafayette The following grocers offer gluten-free shopping lists at their information counters: Draeger’s Trader Joe’s Whole Foods Market

Would you like gluten-free recipes, access to dietary experts, taste samples and meet others to discuss gluten sensitivity?

I would love to take a GF baking class. I really want to convert my old recipes to GF, but I need help!!

My name is Elizabeth Wolfe. I was diagnosed with celiac in December 2010, just in time for Christmas!
