Could always use some more insight about buying gluten free locally.
Except for expensive health food stores, not really.
Absolutely. I have been cooking gluten free for many years.
I have had an incredible life. Learned I was allergic to wheat 25 years ago and was in denial until I ate soy sauce and almost passed out. I am so happy to find a group of people who are interested in the gluten free lifestyle!
