One super class is being taught in two Draeger's locations! One is on March 24th in Menlo Park and the other is on April 29th in Blackhawk. If you are looking for healthy food substitutions and delicious recipes, this class is for you! Chef Lauren Hoover can answer your food substitution questions regarding wheat, dairy, refined sugar and more.

Lauren Hoover is a chef/educator specializing in food allergies and health issues and is the author of No Wheat No Dairy No Problem. She trained at the California Culinary Academy and has 15 years of experience cooking in kitchens such as La Folie and Hyatt.
