Man! this was the best GF food fair. I helped set up tables. I help in a number of ways and had fun. The coffee was hot and strong. The bottled water was cold. A great postive experience. I met some very nice people. And only one person I know of tryed to get into the fair at 10 am. We did not let anyone in to fair till a little after 11 am dute to a vender needing more time to set up. I'll be back next year Lord willing.

FYI it doesn't start until 11am. We got there at 9am and vendors were setting up. Speakers were talking at 10:30. No booths/venders were opens until 11am.

The Fair is 11-3, with a pre-fair Beginning GF 101 talk at 10am. Don't show up early b/c we can't let you into the fair until 11am. Sorry, I don't have access to the info above. The one last October started early I think, but I didn't organize that either.
I thought it was from 11-3 rather than 9-3.
11-3. Where did I say 9? Only the vendors and volunteers enter at 9
It says 9 above on the meetup page: Saturday, May 18, 2013 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Did you get a copy of the schedule??
Our volunteer coordinator Connie Poff should have contacted you by now! Let me know if you want me to put her in touch with you.
New Seasons Markets are having a 50% off sale on over 300 gluten-free items in the store on May 17, 18 and 19. There will be labels to find the items. Not all gluten-free items will be on sale. Bring your cooler for the Fair and the 50% off sale!

Hi Barbara. Do you know what the entry fee is for this event at MJCC?
0 · April 15, 2013
It is $10 per individual or 415 for family, kids under 12 are free.
This a great event. I went last year. They could use a bigger space and some vendors ran out of samples before the end. You will definitely get $10 worth of tasty treats. Vendors also sell their product and some are unavailable in stores, so bring some extra cash in case you fall in love with something. The seminars are fabulous!
Thanks for your endorsement.
