100% since the summer of 2008; off and on for 6 years before that. Even dabbled with it back in the early 1990's but I didn't have enough info back then. I am mostly grain-free and eat a diet of whole foods, and stay away from processed foods mostly.
The Brooklyn House Restaurant, Harvester/Ground Breaker Brewing Gastropub, Teote Arepas, Harlow, Verde Cocina (all 5 are 100% gluten-free). I also like the Vita Cafe for breakfast or Natural Selections next door for a special event - do I have to choose? Also Dori's Gluten-Free Kitchen at the west base of the Ross Island Bridge - open Sept thru June.
