Please join us for a delicious gluten-free lunch at Johnny's Harborside next to the yacht harbor. The chef at Johnny's has put together an amazing gluten-free menu, which changes seasonally. The staff is very well trained to avoid cross-contamination with gluten. And for those of you who love the occasional french fry, Johnny's has separate fryers for their french fries and their breaded items - yay! They are well-known for their fresh fish options and their sandwiches (which can be made with gluten-free bread). Their appetizers and salads are also popular.
They have so many gluten-free options that I am considering putting together a small tasting menu for $15 which would include a family-style assortment of appetizers, salad, french fries and maybe fish tacos. We will continue to get to know each other, share dining tips, swap recipes, and have fun while enjoying a healthy meal and learning about the joys and struggles of living gluten-free.
