Speed Workout @CCC


Meet up near the main restrooms at the North end of the track. All paces are welcome, and you can modify the workout as you would like. The training program will vary from week to week. Hope to see you out there. :)

stretch (on your own)
2 x 20 min Fartlek (30sec bursts random) with 2 min recovery
cool down
