Whether you are training for the Jungle Run or not, please join us for our weekly Sunday long run! We structure our runs with a goal race in mind, but don't let that stop you if you are just looking for some miles to get in on Sunday!
Our run group consists of those who are training for the Jungle Run and those who are not training for the Jungle Run, so whatever camp you fall into, there will be someone to keep you company! We also welcome all paces and ability levels. Please let Mike or Meghan know if you are new to the group or have any questions!
This is Week 5 of the Jungle Run training program! (http://www.firstwave-events.com/events/jungle-run/) and we will be running 7-8 miles, depending on where you are at in your running prowess. Please feel free to run more or less, depending on your running needs!
