Sunday Long Run/Jungle Run Training Week 2

This is a weekly Sunday morning long run as well as our training group for the Jungle Run. Each week there is recommended mileage, but please feel free to run as far or as short as you like. There are always folks going anywhere from 3-13+ miles each week, and no matter your mileage or speed we would love you to join us!

This week's recommended mileage is 7 miles.
