Meet up near the main restrooms at the North end of the track. ALL
paces are welcome. The workout can be modified depending on your
individual goal, just see the event organizer. This workout will vary from week
to week. Hope to see you there.
This week's workout:
Warm-up (PLEASE ARRIVE A LITTLE EARLY TO WARM-UP AND STRETCH ON YOUR OWN)
4×3-minute runs at 80% effort (threshold)
Recover for two minutes between each run and for three minutes after the set.
Then, 20 minutes at 70-75% effort (tempo) – controlled and sustained.
Five-minute easy run to warm down.
