Meet up near the main restrooms at the North end of the track. ALL paces are welcome. The workout can be modified depending on your individual goal, just see the event organizer. This workout will vary from week to week. Hope to see you there.

Warm-up (PLEASE ARRIVE A LITTLE EARLY TO WARM-UP AND STRETCH ON YOUR OWN)

1 x 1200m @75% effort 1 min recovery +
3 x 400m @90% with 1 min rec  (equals 1 set)
2-3 sets with 3 min recovery between sets
