Meet up near the main restrooms at the North end of the track. ALL paces are welcome. The workout can be modified depending on your individual goal, just see the event organizer. This workout will vary from week

This week's workout:
Warm-up (PLEASE ARRIVE A LITTLE EARLY TO WARM-UP AND STRETCH ON YOUR OWN)
> Stretch and warm up completely with an easy 1 mile run.
>Run 4 x 200 meter intervals with 30 second recovery between intervals @80-85% effort
>Rest 4:00 between sets of 4 x 200.
>Repeat set four times (for a total of 16 x 200 meters)
>[masked]m strides (accelerators), walk the curves
>Warm down with an easy 1 mile run.
