I am a fairly new Vegan living in Wicker Park/Bucktown. I'd love to meetup at various vegan locations in the neighborhood - exchange recipes - books - support & green juice together. The purpose of the group is to explore the life of veganism, meet like-minded guys/gals and make a difference in our health while protecting the animals from slaughter every day. I think you should join if you are a Vegan, Vegetarian, have a chronic health condition where pills are not working, etc. If you are simply intrigued by the idea of going vegan and want to try a vegan meal, a green juice, a watermelon flush, etc. Being Vegan is changing my life for the better - it's a kind life.
