Gay District Relaunch: Free Open House & Housewarming at DC CENTER

Everyone is invited to Gay District Relaunch: Free Open House and Housewarming at DC Center on April 5, 7-10pm.  Free and open to the general public – regardless of age, sex, gender, orientation, etc. – this event celebrates Gay District (GD) changing locations from DuPont to the DC Center on U Street and transitioning from meeting weekly to twice-a-month, on the first and third Fridays.

GD is a community-based nonprofit, free social and discussion group for Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Questioning men age 18-35.

All are welcome to join us Friday April 5, 2013, 7-10pm at the DC Center. LGBTQI people and allies; men, women, & everyone in-between and beyond of all ages; whether from DC, MD, VA, or elsewhere – come out to show your support for GD, meet current and former participants, network, socialize, or just check out the DC Center, located at 1318 U Street NW, Washington, D.C., between 13th Street and 14th Street.

It is located in a brick storefront, in the middle of the block between the Rite Aid and Pure; it is across the street from The Ellington building. The U Street/African-American Civil War Memorial/Cardozo Metro, which is on the Green and Yellow line, is 1 minute (0.3 miles) away.

All are welcome!

Limited Supply Bonus! Attendees of Gay District Relaunch who donate $10 or more  will receive a ticket (valued at $20) for the upcoming Dancers Night at Bender Arena hosted by People Of The Beat! If you enjoy dance of any sort from classical interpretive and modern, to crump, tap and freestyle you'll love what People of the Beat are putting together! If you need an excuse to get out and move, then join them for a night to remember!

This event is being widely promoted, in Meetup groups and elsewhere. There should be a good turnout.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
