Cooking four times a year? But isn't half the fun the cooking?

For those who wondered where to find the canning equipment, etc. I referred to in my workshop, I've found a Canadian source: www.rawnutrition.ca - they carry juicers, canners, grain mills, dehydrators, water purifyers, sprouters, etc. - reasonable costs and cheap or free shipping depending on the size of the order. I haven't used them before but they look like a good source. - Kristen

Hi Everyone - I've asked my gardening writer to attend - Shlomo Booklin. So I'm hoping he will be able to make it - this a great event and OakvilleNews.org will do it's best to support your efforts!
