I'd like to create a regular fitness habit and want to lose a significant amount of weight. I have a long-term dream to do a triathalon one day.

Is 8AM, 8:30 AM, or 9AM best for weekend workouts? Why?

8 am (more time with the kids after)


I'm a mom of two young kids and a theater director, taking the occasion of my recent 40th birthday to recommit to fitness. Interested in finding other people to exercise with and make exercise a regular part of my life again.
