Women tend to be more supportive of each other.

What days are best for you to workout?

I'm fairly flexible.

Do you prefer evening or morning weekday workouts?

During warmer weather I prefer mornings.

Is 8AM, 8:30 AM, or 9AM best for weekend workouts? Why?
