I used to be a more constant runner (6miles a day for 3-4 days a week). For the past year, I've slowed down a bit and would like to get back into my old running shape.

What made you choose a women's group?

wanted to meet more women in the area with similar interests

What days are best for you to workout?

Weeknights and Saturday mornings

Do you prefer evening or morning weekday workouts?


Is 8AM, 8:30 AM, or 9AM best for weekend workouts? Why?

9 am - allows me more time to catch up on my sleep :)


Greetings! I am an east coast native but have made a home for myself in the bay area. I've been living in the east bay for less than a year and am exploring what it has to offer. I love being active while getting the chance to make some new friends
