There is no group of this kind on the Gold Coast so I decided to start one.

This is a group for people with a common interest in the Arts either actually creating art , for example, painting , sketching, drawing, ceramics, printing,photography, performance, writing... and so on ..... or appreciating art.

Would you enjoy getting out to sketch together at some of the beautiful places on our coast,hopefully we can organise life drawing groups , possibly guest teachers and also meeting to discuss ideas and motivate each other in our creative endeavours , learning , sharing , celebrating art and life!

Perhaps you dont paint or draw , but you  enjoy art , for example;outings to exhibitions,galleries, theatre,art walks,art  movies and movies about artists,talking about books, attending art and writers festivals and events with like minded people, having the opportunity to hear guest speakers, antique appraisal events and possibly trips to GOMA or regional galleries and their associated events .





So if you havent picked up your brushes lately,stop telling yourself you will do it one day! Start now!
