I know this is very short notice, but if you have Friday available, why not help stuff bags for Twinsfest? This is normally held at the Metrodome, but because of the roof collapse, this location is now at a transport company. I can't be there, but look for Anna who leads the volunteer opportunities for the Brain Injuy Assoc. - Andy TwinsFest Prep Crew Position Summary: The TwinsFest Prep Crew will help to make grab bags full of Twins merchandise for attendees of the 2011 TwinsFest. This will be a great opportunity to get to know some fellow volunteers and have fun. The Minnesota Twins have graciously agreed to make a contribution to support people affected by brain injury. Responsibilities: · Put Twins merchandise into grab bags. · Be on time Qualifications: The ability to follow directions, work well in a team and be able to lift and bag items for a 6 hour period. Time Commitment: January 21st 9 a.m.-3 p.m. (or earlier if we get the bags done) Arrive at 8:45 a.m. Benefits: Participate in a fun activity with others who are interested in giving back and supporting people affected by brain injury. Provide an opportunity for the Minnesota Twins to make a monetary contribution to support people affected by brain injury. Lunch is provided.
