Attendance at events

From: Andy F.

I've heard from several volunteers and experienced this myself today where people are signing up for the scheduled events such as People Serving People and House of charity don't show up.  Now I can understand if something happens last minute, but you're keeping others who actually want to be there from coming by taking a spot and not following through on the commiment.  That's ridiculous and it has to stop!!!  Those organizations depend on us for the shiifts we are signed up for and it's important that we follow through with the obligation.   So please in the future make sure you're going to be somewhere if you've signed up.   Dropping out the day of or the previous night is just as bad, so be a responsible member and SHOW UP WHEN YOU SAY YOU WILL!!!

Thank you
