Our 'winner' for March is "In OurTime" by Ernest Hemingway (it is also included in the large collection part one -we've checked and it looks like there are plenty of copies at the library).

Since we now have our March selection, we are looking forward to getting a chance to hear your take on 'Papa's' vision is short form.

Please also bring your suggestions for books of 'Historical Fiction' next time as well (one suggestion is fine).

See you soon.

I figured it out. For those of is that checked out the complete collection, although not marked, they are the set of stories from "On the Quai at Smyrna" p.63 to "Big Two-Hearted River:Part II" pp. 171-180. So reading[masked] is In Our Time. Yay!

Thanks to Shoshana - true the stories aren't available in the Complete Stories - (though they may be included). but 'In Our Time is available in Prospector - please click on the link below to see a list of available copies and audio books.. (We'll work this out with your help!)

thanks Erin: I've found a smaller collection of his work - its called "In Our Time (1925 and 1930)" and its his debut as a published author - there are plenty of copies - if you have trouble - go to
and there are both audio and regular books available.

Thanks for checking on library copies! The collection is 650 pages...are we trying to make it through them all or are we picking a few stories to focus on?
