We continue in our venture into super bo-bo land (i.e. the 9th arrondissement), with a visit to Caillebotte.
Located near the bottom of the uber-foodie street, rue des Martyrs, Caillebotte is a (relatively) new sister property to Pantruche (located at the top of rue des Martyrs). Caillebotte is more open and spacious than Pantruche (alas this also means noisier), but the food coming out of the kitchen is just as delicious. And like Pantruche, the prices are very reasonable. The menu changes daily according to what's good at the marché that day.
Count on about €70 for dinner and wine.
Unfortunately, they refuse large groups, so I was only able to snag a table for 6. I promise to try to do a bigger table at the next one! Sign up to the waiting list if you'd like to join us, and I'll finalize the list in a couple of days.
