Just in time for Valentine's Day!
Imagine satisfying your desire for sweets & at the same time, flooding your body with healthy essential fatty acids, minerals, healing enzymes, neurotransmitter precursors, and boosting your energy and mood and enhancing your immunity with adaptogenic herbs. Is that even possible? Did you think eating sweets had to be an indulgence that would compromise your health and fill you up with unwanted empty calories? Think again...
Come learn how to create chocolates and other sweet treats that contain so many essential nutrients they could truly be a meal replacement (and often are for me, for the many years I have been making them for myself, my toddler son and my friends), with NO filler ingredients or empty calories... where every single ingredient used satisfies a specific nutrient requirement and gives blissful mood boosts, while at the same time rounding out the decadent flavor and texture of these yummy little morsels!
You will learn:
Our class will go from 12:00 until 2:00 PM (please arrive at 11 to sign in), and I will have a few batches of treats already made for you to sample. You will take home a handout with all the information required for you to continuously create the best raw superfood treats EVER!
Here are the original recipes I'll be making for this class:
I am planning on preparing a bunch of these in advance & packaging them into pretty little bags, which you will be able to buy as last-minute Valentine's gifts for your loved ones!
Also, my friend Melissa of Loving Superfoods (a local source for raw superfoods) will be at our meetup, and she will bring plenty of the superfood ingredients we're using in our class, available for you to purchase right there, for extra convenience!
