Rockett Gaming

If we have 7, we will play Diplomacy.  If we have 5, we will play Shanghai Trader.  Otherwise we will play Kingmaker.

Diplomacy is a game not asking "Do you trust the other players", but instead "How far do you trust the other players?"  There is no luck, only trust, betrayal and hate.

Do not bring your friends; you won't be friends afterwards.  Do not bring your weapons; I would like everyone to be alive by the time we finish.

Set in pre-communist Shanghai, Shanghai Trader is a game about ripping off the poor locals, stashing your money and running before the Commies arrive.

Set in the War of the Roses, Kingmaker is a game about factions of nobles manipulating the course of events to gain control of England (and Wales and Devon and Cornwall).

For those who don't know, to reach my apartment, go across the four speed bumps, then take the second right. My building is then the second building on the right. I-8 is upstairs on the right.

How late are you looking at this going I'm going to Groton CT on 13 for an unknown period of time and I'm contemplating a blowout gaming weekend before I go.

Shanghai Trader and Kingmaker should be fine around seven...

...I have no good way to predict how long Diplomacy would take.

Sundays are very hit or miss for me, but I'll RSVP when I know if I'm obligated anywhere else.
